1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pride N Purpose Secure ("the platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Pride N Purpose Secure provides a personal developer security vault for storing, organizing, and managing sensitive credentials such as API keys, passwords, secrets, and other developer data. The platform is provided as-is for personal and professional use.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and current
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the platform to store data belonging to others without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the encryption key or other users' data
  • Use the platform to facilitate illegal activity
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or servers

5. Data & Security

Vault field values are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. While we implement strong security measures, you acknowledge that:

  • No system is completely immune to security vulnerabilities
  • You are responsible for using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication
  • We are not liable for data loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials on your end

6. Pricing, Billing & Future Paid Plans

The platform may be offered for free during an introductory or early-access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, subscription features, usage limits, or other pricing changes in the future.

  • Any future pricing or billing terms will be presented before charges apply
  • You will have the opportunity to review the applicable plan, price, billing cycle, and renewal terms before subscribing
  • We may modify pricing, features, or plan structure with reasonable notice
  • Failure to pay applicable fees for future paid services may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of paid features

7. Intellectual Property

The platform's code, design, branding, and user interface are the property of Pride N Purpose Secure. You retain full ownership of the data you store in your vault. We claim no rights to your stored credentials or secrets.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pride N Purpose Secure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon deletion, your vault data is permanently removed from our systems.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
